For shipping within the USA, standard delivery is 5-9 business days.
Orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS at our discretion.
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO/FPO boxes may exceed the 5-9 business day delivery times. Shipping/handling fees for all US orders is $5.00 USD. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Free Shipping on Mens Underwear orders over $30.00 in the Continental U.S.A

CANADA
For shipping within Canada standard delivery is 5-9 business days plus Customs delays. Orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS at our discretion. Shipping/handling fees start at $6.95 USD. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
Should your package be returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you qualified for free shipping the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total plus 10% restocking fee.
Order Delays and Cancellation
- The size or color that you ordered is out of stock.
- The product that you order is out of stock but it is expected to be in stock within 48 hours. In such cases, we will temporarily hold your order.
- Its a weekend or a holiday, or its after 3:00 PM EST.
- Your order is shipping to an address outside of the United States. Most of these orders require additional time to pass security checks.
- We identified your order as likely fraudulent. This verdict is entirely up to our discretion.
- Your e-mail address is not valid. A valid e-mail address is required so that we can contact you should your order need additional information.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours for products in stock. For products that are not in stock, please allow approximately three-four weeks for delivery (we will notify you of any delays associated with your order). Shipping days are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm we do not ship Saturday or Sunday or holidays. All orders are shipped from North Carolina USA. Including Canadian and International orders.
DISCREET SHIPPING:
We assure your discretion and privacy by shipping every order with Priority Post shipped in a standard Red, White, and Blue box (priority mail is available in the U.S. only). Customs and Duty (if applicable)
Shipments outside the United States, may be subject to customs clearance charges or import duty. We do not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, fees are determined by the authorities in the destination country.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returning Items
Iseeyourunderwear.com offers only quality products, that is why we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, we are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible. If you are unsatisfied with an unused item, we will take the item back within 30 days of purchase.
We will refund the price of the item including taxes, if applicable. Just return the item in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless if we have sent you an incorrect or defective item. Please note that you must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Please note a re-stocking fee of 10 percent is applicable to all return items. You will find our return address listed below. You will be given you a return /exchange authorization number to include with your return.
Do not send packages back to us billed to recipient (using our USPS account) items will be rejected and may be charged $25.00 processing fee. You may also be charged by USPS for shipment both ways. You are responsible for correctly shipping items to us; you are responsible for making sure the package gets to us. Use delivery confirmation and insurance to cover any lost packages. We are not responsible for lost or packages not received.
Due to the intimate nature of underwear, health regulations prevent us from accepting any worn product for return or exchange. Only unworn garments in their original packaging (including hang tags) can be returned. Please note G-String / thongs cannot be returned due to health regulations. Items worn will be rejected for health reasons and return shipping will be applied prior to re-shipping. Re-shipping payment must be completed within thirty days of our warehouse receiving items or items will be disposed.
Exchange Items
New merchandise may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 30 days of purchase. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new saleable condition. Inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available. We may, at our discretion, substitute a similar style or issue a refund in place of an exchange.
