Web Site Upgrades In keeping with our policy of continuously improving our merchant services, the Optimal Payments Network Operations group will be performing an upgrade to our database servers on Saturday, September 18, 2010, beginning at 8 p.m. EDT, and lasting no longer than 2 hours. This upgrade to our already state-of-the-art database will even further maximize important features such as security and reporting performance. During the upgrade period, you will not be able to process online transactions through realtime.firepay.com or webservices.optimalpayments.com, nor will you be able to access the merchant back office (admin.firepay.com). Note that Optimal Payments will issue a follow-up advisory when the upgrade is completed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
