Determine your underwear size

To get accurate body measurements, use a cloth / plastic style tape measure, keeping the tape tight to your body but not stretched. Measure your body at your waist line, to get the most accurate results always measure against bare skin, but do not pull on the tape. For consistency take all measurements from the same side of the body and you may want to take your measurements in front of a full-length mirror to ensure you are measuring the right area and that the measuring tape isn’t crooked.
Measure your waist at the point which you normally wear your underwear. If you prefer high waist measure at that level and if you like low rise underwear take your measurement at that point.

Remember that you may like to wear your underwear tight to your body so look at the underwear sizing and pick from a smaller option, and if you like a loose fitting then size up. Also if you are unfamiliar with a brand you many like to inquiry about sizing of some brands.

Don’t forget that Europeon sizing tend to be smaller than our USA sizing so keep that in mind when purchasing your next underwear.
